Finding solace in the simple
Yet having complicated expectations
gives fuel to confusion and stress.
Stepping away to let the mind clear;
yet, anticipating a new view
might awaken the peace-joy I seek.
New ideas are seldom planned,
but open-mindedness breathes fresh air.
Undoing a long established habit
has no real schedule;
for change, if chosen or not,
seems to happen in its own accord.
Patience then becomes relevant,
for any change of seasons
take cycles of elements.
Still, anticipating a new view
and undoing a long established habit
seems to happen in its own accord.
The peace-joy I seek
fresh air of open-mindedness;
letting go to let in.
Patience then becomes relevent
where finding solace in the simple
without complicated expectations
allows development of cycles of elements
with the peace-joy I seek awoken.
